Here is another company who doesn't pay their abstractors.  Northwest Title & escrow out of Vadnais Heights MN has not paid us since March.  The last time we approached them for payment ; this is their reply.  I'll have to check if we can pay.  I've sent them reminder notices, and now I'm trying Duns collections.  Dun & Bradstreet has an accounts receivable department that help out with collections, and also pass along those companies who do not pay --to the credit bureau.
