It's TRUE. You get what you pay for. I was asked to do an update from someone else's search and that searcher cited at least 10 judgments, IRS, state liens that were satisfied years ago. I would assume the purchasers of the land would be quite disappointed to learn that their potential investment in a property
is being done by someone who doesn't have a clue beyond doing a current owner. But they'll never know it because we don't tell them.to post a reply:
