Copied and pasted the last message from them.  I brought to their attention that they owe us and many others and couldn't do work for them until it is cleared up.  Their reply...

I want to assure you that we have been actively reaching out to the vendors who have posted regarding their payments. While we acknowledge that there have been delays for some searchers, I would like to clarify that there are no pending payments prior to December.

We are committed to resuming our regular payment schedule and are working diligently to resolve any outstanding issues. We hope to have everything cleared up by the end of this month.
