In 2020, we raised our fees $5.00 across the board due to gasoline prices increasing. Our office services six Central Ohio Counties and none have complete remote access so we have to send an examiner to the courthouse daily. Prior to that our last increase was in 2008 and that was a $10.00 increase. We only had one client complain. They dropped us except for an occasional commercial search project. In fact, they wanted us to decrease our fees to what we charged in 1995.
