Source of Title Forums: Re: 100 yr Commercial Search Price

I never give a quote. I charge by the hour because I've done searches that only took 5 hours and others on property in the same area that took 4 days. Back in 2014, when I first started my own company, I would give quotes and I always lost hundreds of dollars. I like to eat... I don't work for free any more.
