When you get a new search order and start processing it, most people start with a search of their own files and history...
Finding past order(s) means having a starting point with documents, search results /chain of title... equating to less time to process an order / less doc cost and improved turn around time.
Is the tricky part effectively and correctly leveraging the past search report for chain of title. Opening up a new search report, and then two-screening it? Just curious what you find the best method.
