Hello,

We are currently addressing a situation regarding a FIERI FACIAS lien with the case# 2018CV305194 found while we doing title search on 759 Jones Ave Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30314, also we found sheriff's deed which is addressing the same case# 2018CV305194 but having other property legal description, Do we need to show this lien in the report? Kindly advise on this.
