I know they have already not had the best record here, but I believe in second chances. They requested a quote, and I advised payment was required via PayPal once research was completed, prior to receiving completed request. They agreed and requested it as a rush. Within a minute of me sending them the invoice I receive an email saying the client canceled. I quickly notified hem that it was too late to cancel, and they needed to send payment. They agreed but stated PayPal is not an option and requested my banking info to make a deposit. No Sorry! It's been about a week now. I have sent multiple PayPal reminders. Still no payment
