I have used (and continue to use to this day) the Title Report Web app for nearly two years now, and I must say, it is nice to be able to submit neatly-typed, easy-to-read reports to clients as opposed to worksheets that have my sloppy handwriting all over the place.
Don's customer service is also top-notch. If there's a problem, he will get on it and fix it ASAP. Don understands that our time as abstractors is valuable, every minute counts, and knows we have deadlines to meet.
I would definitely recommend this for abstractors to use.
