Have you reported Kevin Williams/Parthiban Paramasivam and DX Title Abstracting to the Office of Commercial and Business Affairs at the State Department? They have great investigators there to get to the bottom of this. Pretty sure using a false name and front business is illegal in the United States. Based on his fractured English I"m betting you're correct about him.
