The HOT list was compiled by the membership of Source of Title for the benefit of everyone. I'm just the unofficial keeper of the lists and I update them when anyone sends additions to me. All we ask is that you add any clients that you have, that at least cover 4 or 5 states, and send them back to me with the company name, city and state they are located in, phone number, fax number, and web site address, if they have one. The S*** list contains company names that individual abstractors have had problems collecting their fees from either as slow-pay, partial-pay, or no-pay.
