I received a check as well and a wonderful, courteous call from their vendor manager assuring me that everything was getting shored up.  I realize that many have PTSD because of having been left in the lurch by lesser companies, but Realty Data is pretty large and I feel the people I deal with on a daily basis are good communicators, courteous, and outstandingly appreciative of the work I do.  Recently I missed a search update because I was running around this past week with way too much title and I felt so badly I did not charge. I did not receive an angry e-mail from them.  I commend them for their professionalism and I will continue handling their North Carolina (or any state I abstract in) work. Would quickly recommend this company to anyone who asked.
