Thank you for posing this question Jay. I am curious as well. I think licensing is a good thing for our industry, and I wish Ohio had such a thing for abstractors. There are too many abstractors popping up that just look lost in a court house... it really makes you wonder what qualifications they do have.

I hope we hear from all of the states here, we may incorporate this into the certification as well... I will keep you all posted.
