Dear Richard:
We've had problems with getting paid for searches we've done in the past (we're in SW PA). Their excuse was that "our system for order tracking and invoicing crashed, so we were unable to pay our searchers in some states".
They're on notice with us that if they fall behind again, they'll be shut off. They are one of those compnaies who take the longest to pay, yet get upset if their turn times are not met. (Funny how those two things seem to go hand-in-hand, heh-heh).
The person to contact is Chrissy Wolven in Accounts Payable. Keep on them; you may need to send them a second copy of your invoice. Good luck.
