I believe that you are upfront with your clients about not having a SC attorney. My concern was that if I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have known that I was breaking the law by doing your searches unless every one I turned in was checked by a SC attorney. That is the law here... Not a client's choice... Or my choice. I hope all of the deeds and mortgages that have been done without a SC attorney are valid or somebody is going to have a lot of work to do.
