I have received a few e-mails and a phone call from indivuals regarding Will's post and I have reason to believe it is a true and honest post.
It serves the same purpose as some of the posts abstractors have posted about specific title companies and it lets the users know about an issue that can lead to legal action. I would also like to know more about the case and I urge Will to call me at Source of Title, 419-524-5538. I think this case would be of signifcant news worthy value to the industry. Until someone confirms this information, treat it as a "for what its worth" post, not fact.
If we get any indication that this post is not true and posted out of spite we will certainly remove it, but I don't believe that to be the case at this time.
On another note, I would rather see that no one post specific names on the message board, but we don't have a rule against it. It is an open and unmoderated message board.
Thanks,
Robert A. Franco
