my m.o. , is generally to abstact on paper the pertinent information (always double checking) and also fax off the copy, of liens, judgements, foreclosure, mortgage docs. not the garbage pages, of which i do not make copies of. so, if there are questions, of interpretation, verification can be made, but not by me.for if there are questions,answers can be found. but not by me, for i've done my work, with back up. and... if i still get a call, wanting to know..ie, is this the dated date, or the recording date? and , if they ask , if this is the recording date, then when was it filed? then, i might say, gotta run. buh-bye. me
