Hey Annette, I have to say I agree with most of your post. I don't understand the boy/girl posts either. As far as planning, I think it seems to be going well. We have been at this only a few weeks, and we have a diverse group with many differing concerns. We may be putting the cart before the horse, but we need to get together and begin to hash it out. Hopefully, we can address a lot of orginizational issues before the meeting, but if some things are still up for debate, so be it. I would hope that as we progress, everyone will feel a part of things, but for now we just need to get together, whether at the conference or by posting, e-mail. As I recall, the time from the declaration of independence, to the appproval of the actual constitution was about ten years (I should look it up, but I'm lazy). I think we can beat that. So lets just wait for the initial idea for the agenda from Jay, and go from there. Someone has to present the original basis of our group, and I don't envy him. A scatter shot approach to our various concerns won't get us anywhere. Take care, Doug
