Your allegations are becoming more shrill and outrageous with every post.
Having strong opinions about the membership requirements of the organization is one thing; character assassination is another.
There's not a shred of truth behind your claims here.
I'd hate to think that even one person would join the site today and think that Jay was some sort of cheap scam artist on the basis of your post.
Fact is, Jay is an independent title abstractor, and a pretty successful one. He doesn't need the cheap scam you've dreamed up for him.
Fact is, Jay has time and time again *donated* his resources to the betterment of others in the industry... through compiling and distributing client lists, through planning the conference and the association, through donating funds to help pay for the conference facilities, on and on.
Fact is, the organization is not Jay's organziation nor anyone else's organization to do with as they please. At the conference, votes will be held for the board and for officers of the association. Checks and balances will be in place to prevent this kind of misuse of the association's name and resources.
Those are facts. If you've got facts to back up your claims about Jay's or anyone else's motives regarding the formation of the association, let's have them.
