I don't believe I said anything about making all of my competition dissapear. I've seen these "competitors" come and go in the past 14 years. I might lose an acount for a while but they usually returned with a new appreciation for the work we do.

But then again those "competitors" didn't have NALTEA to prop them up, support, train, certify and qualify them to do the work my clients expect and deserve.

I don't think I really need you Robert to preach to me about how to ensure success in any business. Don't let my congratulations on your plan for NALTEA go to your head.
