I don't see a problem with working with National Companies. I have found most to be good pay, professional and a pleasure to do business with. In fact I don't know any independent abstractors in this area who do work for local companies. But this is a rural area and the situation may be different in more populated areas.

I suppose we take a risk when we agree to do work for a national company we don't know. But they take a risk with us too when they contract with a local independent they don't know.
