I have had some orders from Infinity that were no find---my experience is they pay the same as if you had found what they were looking for. While sometimes they are a little slow about paying, I always do wind up getting paid, sometimes after having to send a reminder. Now that they are 1st American though, they will no longer pay $1.00 per copy but at cost. The last order they sent me, a few days ago--was a no find. They faxed me that it was incomplete. Even though I left msgs. about this order, never heard anything. The order was not incomplete & the guy's name they gave me never owned the property in question. At least on record. And yes, the search was done at the courthouse. While I find the Georgia online records to be a valuable resource to work w/, I do not rely on them and use them as a tool to help expedite my search. But I have found many discrepancies & errors so therefore, all work is derived from the actual courthouse records. I've done work w/Infinity since they say they started & have never had a problem really. Just hope now, that they are First American RES, they will be as good as First American NLA & ELS!
