Just information for you all to know, Infinity is one of the many companies I have found to actually read all the postings on this site, which I find to be good information to know.
Also to let you know that Ron Rooney, their General Manager, called me today in reference to my outstanding invoices. He was very pleasant to speak with and was very anxious to get our situation resolved. He did tell me that we have been 'de-activated' until the billing is staightened out too.
And his billing department did contact me today as well to send me some info to resolve out situation.
And during our conversation, It was great to know that they want all of us vendors to GO TO THE COURTHOUSE and do their work and not to use on line resources. He said "that is what we pay you to do, so our information is accurate" Hip Hip to that!!
So to end my babbling here, thanks Ron for being so helpful and willing to get our issues fixed and I look forward to being re-activated and doing more work for your company.
