Thank you! Robert and Loretta, I too have problems at times voicing what it is I mean. I know there is a problem with people coming into the field not know anything or how complicated this is... We were among them at first. If you look back at some of the postings there really is some bashing and laying of blame going on I would just like to see it focused where it belongs. This is the kind of conversation I was hoping would begin happening.

That is correct some ask questions they do not like the answer to... I sure didn't. I am not judging or casting blame on anyone, I just want you to try to remember that "newbies" are individuals with a story. Not everyone has chosen this to "get rich" quick. Not everyone can work for a lawyer or title company... we still have a staggering unemployment rate in this country.
