Everyone needs to say NO to these people. Believe me, these new industry folks are killing us all. Everyday I hear well this guy will do them for $30. For a friggin current owner. WHY????? Like one of the posting stated, title fees and closing fees have not gone down have they? Why should our fees. It's ridiclous that I have to cringe when I tell a new client what we charge for a current or full title. We have got to be the only business that has to cut its prices every year.

Can I get an amen?
