Oh, Lynn one other thing... I checked on the price last December when I was in Georgetown, SC and then again three months ago when I moved to New Hanover County, NC and the cost was exactly the same... State Farm Office out of Chicago underwrites the policies for your local State Farm Agent ... so if your local agent does not know about it yet press him/her to check further because that is what I had to do with my new NC agent.... they were surprised to find out that they could write an E & O policy.... 
TIP: the application process takes a long time so you might need to look into it this month....Time ran out on me last year (mostly because my agent was so slow) so I was forced to renew with TitlePac and then I got my quote from State Farm around Feb.( when my agent finally got to it)  which is why I say you need to check it out this month...
