Hi...I didn't accept the 10% decrease since they faxed the memo in the wee hrs. of the morning  a year ago.  (Instead of calling me maybe to discuss it).  Last week, they called me requesting current owner searches-type the search online, scan the documents which they do not pay for--all for $35.00 .  I said no but I am sure they will find someone else to do it.
