Be very sensitive to accusations of price fixing the civil and criminal penaties are severe.
Combinations of business entities united or in agreement to maintain certain prices for the services offered are prime targets for legal action. That is not to say that you would lose the litigation, but you still have to go through the expense of litigation, and your e & o insurance is probably not going to cover it.
