Judy if you like a particular form of one of your clients - have them email it to you - you can open it up and then re-save it in any format that you would like.  As far as the W-9 that you can get from either you or the IRS site - I have an idea for everyone - I opened it up from the IRS site and saved it to my desktop (front screen) and renamed the file W-9 fully filled out so anytime anyone wants one I can just open it up and print - instead of find the file which I dont know about your office but mine can get pretty backed up for locating forms sometimes
