Title Resources Group (TRG), one of the nation's leading title insurance underwriters, is pleased to welcome William (Bill) Jaquinde as regional underwriting counsel. Serving as lead counsel in Indiana, Jaquinde will also provide underwriting support and guidance to TRG title agents across the upper Midwest and the Mid-Atlantic region.
“Bill brings a deep and well-rounded perspective to underwriting, with more than three decades of experience spanning legal, claims, operations and escrow,” said Frank McGovern, TRG Deputy Chief Underwriting Counsel. “His ability to evaluate risk, navigate complex transactions and support agents with practical, solutions-oriented guidance is an invaluable asset to our network.”
Jaquinde joins TRG with 32 years of experience in the title insurance and real estate industry, including roles as underwriting counsel, claims counsel, general counsel, as well as operational management roles. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in evaluating title insurability, resolving underwriting and claims issues, and supporting both residential and commercial transactions. His background also includes managing multi-office operations, overseeing large teams, and leading agent education and training initiatives.

Jaquinde earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. He is admitted to the State Bars of Indiana and Michigan and is an active member of the Real Property Law Section and Insurance & Indemnity Section of the State Bar of Michigan, as well as the St. Joseph County, Indiana Bar Association.
