I CAN CERTAINLY SEE WHERE THIS COULD BE TAKEN BOTH WAYS. IF IT WERE ME I WOULD CALL THE CLIENT AND ASK, BECAUSE IF THEY ARE WANTING ANYBODY THAT HAS ANY INTEREST AT ALL IN THAT PROPERTY YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PERFORM A FULL SEARCH.
