Same thing happened to me Melody and whoever mentioned something below - an attitude happened along the way - worked for them awhile and wonderful relationship with one girl - they switch around and then that can change is what I noticed.  I did several searches for them current with information of chain of title 5 years back on all of them.  Even though I confirmed understanding of the order that the 5 year chain back was written information only and no deed copies were required - a couple days later they ordered all the deed copies back on all the orders.  For each county - not each order as I normally do - I charged a small retrieval fee plus the additional copies - after numerous emails, telephone conversations, etc. I have not received payment.  In their eyes, you are the one to be responsible for their mistakes in submitting the order.  They have had an attitude and haven't even paid me for the additonal copy costs - I was really disappointed in the professionalism etc as with the other person, who is now the vendor manager, i believe, it was much better than the current one for my state.  This is what is good about this site - we all know it is not us with the problem when several are complaining.
