I guess the difference is that I pay my employees to sit on the beach or do what ever they would like on their vacation. As far as sitting in traffic to get to the office, I hope not as if they are in the office they are not getting their work done. They all work out of their homes, using equipment that the company has paid for. Benefits, well we cover the lions share of health and medical, we do pay for life insurance, and we offer a discounted stock purchase plan. In addition we have a matching 401k plan, tuition reimbursemnet and full title insurance reimbursement on the employee's primary residence. And yes, we cover cars and car related expenses.
