It isn't any different in California. Our county clerks post disclaimers also. What about the town that is in more than one county? We get addresses in the wrong counties, misspelled names, numbers transposed, dates wrong... the list is endless. As I mentioned before you can compare it to a photograph that has been copied. First you scan the original... then the scan... then the scan of the scan and so on... each generation gets a little more fuzzy. Same with information that is processed by people. Each time the same info is "scanned" it gets fuzzy. What you said makes a whole lot of sense Lisa.
