I tried to find the company you refer to so I could read the copy they wrote. I was unable to locate what you referred to. Having spent many years writing and designing ad copy for people I learned there is nothing unique or new. It is quite possible the person who wrote the copy you are referring to is oblivious of the fact they "copied" you. Unfortunately it is difficult and expensive to copyright advertising content. You can try speaking to a lawyer. My advise Michelle is to continuely to change your ad anyway. Things get stale and customers stop seeing it after a time. We are all so busy that this has served to remind me to change my own. It should be done at least once a month. An old time once told me that if you want someone to pay attention to your ad mispell a few words. You would not believe how many people will call in to tell you... and they obviously red your ad!
