Lisa, the problem is that the skipjack system seems to be fraught with bugs. When you make inquirey about them, they do not have answers. They only parrot the same response, that it is all done by computer. Apparently, the computer scores your performance (late returns and other problems), and then reduces you your assignments accordingly. There is apparently little ability built into the system to explain the problem to somone. So far the only test order that I received was faxed to us almost 24 hours after it was supposed to be received. When we tried to make inquiry as to whether this is an example of the way the system will work, no one seemed to have an answer. The information I was given is that there is little if any flexibility to the system. To date we have had problems before the implementation of the system in trying to get a human being on the phone to discuss problems. Either you got an electronic menu or a voice mail that no one ever returned. I wish you luck with them. As far as I am concerned, I will not have anything to do with it, especially since there is no additional compensation for the accelerated turn around time. There are too many clients out there that are more reasonable
