My experience with them has been quite to the contrary...not a high volume client. So no loss when we terminated them. The conversation was interesting though. When I explained that the entire skipjack system was unattractive, they immediately try to talk you into trying it first. Since there was no financial incentive to do so, I was not even going to consider it. Time was that you used to be able to charge a client a premium for a rush search...the good old days.
