It is really easy to do but I couldn't figure it out at first - if that makes sense - lol - I really like sending my orders by email because I rarely get any company asking me to refax because the fax was lost or misplaced or something was wrong with the fax. I bought my years ago - I think in 2000 - maybe that is why it was a P2000 - because I think that was the first year they put it out - I know other versions have been upgraded but it is a great printer, etc for the price - comparable printers, scanners, etc at different stores including Best Buy started at about 700.00. If you want to know about a great laser fax also I bought a Cannon Faxphone L75 - you can key in the telephone number and it starts scanning before faxing and it goes fast and before it is even finished faxing you can key in another number and it will start scanning the document and then when the first document finishes it will dial the number you keyed in for the second document and fax the second document, etc. Another bargin machine that I found - about $300.00 when I bought it. I have 2 more printers too - oh well lol and three computers - and going to buy a fourth for my business for Christmas! I get a present too!
