Douglas,
I had just offered them, as requested, a discount on three orders, so they could satisfy their customer's budget. Then I notice I had not been paid on an old order. They told me I wasn't communicating with them and I was late. I had worked for them for some time and always had a good relationship with them. You would assume I would get the benefit of the doubt when remodeling slowed me down because lawyers, judgment searchers, and abstractors were all in line waiting to use the computer. Then I politely protest and they dish attitude my way, staunch in their position. I told the,m I cannot allow any client, not just them, decide on their own that they are not going to pay for services provided. YOU ARE SO RIGHT...some companies don't see us as professionals. They see us their employee providing them a product. We work together is the way I look at it. I treat them with respect and give competitive pricing and strive for strong turnaround time. I expect respect in return. That's not too much to expect. Hope business is great Douglas.
