Doug, I have to say in regards to Nationwide, they are always understanding if we run into problems with searches. They understand what I explain to them and are ok with adjusting fees if needed. I just need to let them know I have to up fees BEFORE I turn in the order.
I deal with an awful lot of national companies and I can say I have only had a problem with 2 not wanting to change my fees due to difficulties of a search in which case, I turned down those orders.
