I quite agree, but with one caveat. If the mortgage, lien, whatever has the wrong legal, but references the address you are running, it should be shown with a note regarding the wrong legal. Of course, you would be correct in not showing the lien because of the wrong legal, but a claim is a hassle and a loss of time whether you were right or wrong to show the encumbrance. With a party that owned a large number of properties this would be easier to justify, but with a party that didn't have a lot of properties I think the examiner would face some litigation.
