I see Source of Title as very much like a newspaper but with a totally open and large letters to the editor section. Newspapers take editorial stances on the issues without blocking access to those they have taken stances against. I think this is proper.
I have seen in Roberts postings,.editorials, and the articles Jarrod Clabaugh writes the stance Robert has taken in support of the abstractors.I am very thankful for his stance and admire his courage in speaking up.
I have seen him post and editorialize often that it is his belief that online distribution on the internet is dangerous for the abstractors, the industry and the consumers and financial institutions we serve.
This forum and the advertisements here on Source of Title give these companies an opportunity to defend their actions. It is any wonder that few have the courage to speak up openly in the forum where they will be faced by the people they are harming?
I admire you Toni for your courage in speaking up. I am grateful for this forum and it's openess that allows you the opportunity to speak up aganst the companies who are seizing the public record as their own private asset without regard to the harm they do the community or the title industry.
You have challenged Fidler & Chambers and they have the opportunity to defend themselves here in this forum. But I doubt they will. I doubt they have the courage to face you or any of us openly in this forum.
