My sister did work for them a lot and still does occassionally. Seems they like to find experienced people to actually work for them too since it is ultimately cheaper than paying an independent. They do pay slow she says, anywhere from 60 to 120+ days behind and yeah, like the other person said, they will tell you to be patient. She says they are needy, want their stuff now, and try to get more for less. And they will go elsewhere in a flash if you can't give them exactly what you want. But they did send her a lot of work, so if you can tolerate the rest....up to you.
