I understand your point. This specific company that I am talking about always has a complaint about one thing or another. They may have problems with their staff, whatever. When I walk into a conference room to do a closing, I always move everything personal aside and focus on my task. Maybe it's having 3 children, 2 of them are teenagers, I have little or no patience but I know what stays home and what comes to work with me.
I guess that comes with age and maturity and learning that you can't control everything around you.
