Sorry you aren't getting the response you wanted. Here in Ohio, our counties aren't spread so far apart, and we don't have nearly as many (only 88). We cover 6 counties and we are there every day. Since we don't have as much travel time, we have never needed to institute a minimum policy.
We used to cover a county that we considered doing that in, but there are so many abstractors that the clients could easily find someone closer. We just referred our clients to another abstractor and dropped it. It was in the best interest of us, and our clients to do so.
