Oh yeah, I forgot how perfect county records are in general! Just thought I would bring some humor into this...anyways, from an outsiders perspective I think that everyone should look at our economy historically. Not to defend online searching, but the times change, technology changes, ideas change, and people change. Safeguards must be put into place this is true. Russia shouldn't have our records this is true. Most wouldn't argue otherwise. Being dismissive isn't the best answer. I know of some lenders who are encouraging searches being done online to get a better price and to get the search returned faster. And that's what capitalism boils down too: price and quickness. We are fooling ourselves by thinking otherwise.
Question: How many shop at Wal-Mart? Department stores? Eat fast food? Point being we don't shop at general stores anymore, eat every meal at a local food establishment, or buy our clothes from a dedicated clothes outlet. But if any of you live your life in total lockstep with tradition then that's good.
