Perhaps this is true Ellen, however the counties do not expressly exclude themselves from accuracy as do the online sites. If a judgment, etc is missing from the official records you may be able to defend yourself in court by showing the error existed in the official records. There will be no such defense available if the error is online and you have agreed to the Terms of Service agreement, which you do by simply using the site.
Why else do you think the online companies are putting these disclaimers on their sites?
Like it or not Ellen, you are warranting your report is accurate and complete. Your report can only be as accurate or complete as your source and if your source disclaims the accuracy of their information, they are disclaiming the accuracy of your report as well.
