I have a Brother also for email scanning, printing and copying. Which I do very much like. But, I choose to do the fax machine different - I have a Cannon Faxphone 50 - purchased at OfficeMax and could not be happier. It scans before sending and as soon as you scan a document, you can put a new number in and start scanning the next one as the first one is sending. When the first one is done, it will call the second fax and start sending it, etc etc. It is a laser printer and copier also and large capacity of memory for when it runs out of paper - I'm thinking 200 pages or more - to me that was important - built in paper tray that holds about 100 sheets of paper. And the cost was right at 300.00. Both of these types of machines hook up to your computer because of the scanning capabilities. I actually set one up to print my invoices (the Brother) while the Cannon is faxing orders. Any other way it would take time to alternate faxes and printing and that takes too much time. Up grade definitely from your inkjet - totally different quality of printing with a laser and much more professional looking. Keep your image up at all times - it is important. Anway the Cannon Faxphone 50 is an extremely fast scanner and holds a lot of pages at once to scan.
