I could NOT agree with you more! Well done! I feel your points are not only accurate and fair, but in line with what I was attempting to propose. No matter how big or small you choose to be, no matter who you choose to provide your product to, you MUST adhere to what sells which is SERVICE. Furthermore, no matter what your size is or who you identify as your client base, if you do not separate product from service or profession from business, you may very well find ourself on the outside looking in.
If you choose to swim in the ocean with the big fish, swim well or drown, if you choose to swim in a smaller pond with less fish, swim well or drown.
The "stroke" you choose to swim with (product) is not what will necessarily save you....it is, in fact, how well you perform that stroke and for how long you can keep up the pace without compromising your energy or weighing another fish down (service)....in the end, both are necessary for survival, however, one will certainly provide longevity. In any event, fail at either and bye, bye fishy....lol...JT
