However, your PROFESSION is that of an abstractor. When you charge a fee for product/service, employee three examiners and a support staff of four, to name but a few of the examples of "overhead" you shoulder, that is your BUSINESS. The business, for which you maintain your profession to nurture said business for which you maintain your profession.....etc., etc., etc....
My "debate" with Mark was very simply, there are contradictions and arguments for and against his rationale regarding '....a guaranteed path towards failure...' Furthermore, regarding Fortune 500 companies, that reference was simply made in regards to free enterprise and stimulating, healthy price wars...(versus the back stabbing venues some of the "professionals" take)....
